Vehicle, Vessel and Trailer Registration Renewal We offer registration services for all WA vehicles, vessels, snowmobiles and off-road vehicles. We can do this through mail, in person or you can order your tabs online for pickup in office or to be mailed.
Fleet ServicesVehicle owners with five or more vehicles can apply for a fleet in which all vehicles have the same registration date and one fleet billing for easy renewal. Simply email us when you would like to renew your fleet and what vehicles you'd like to add or remove and we will contact you with your total. Interested in setting up a fleet? Disabled ParkingStop by anytime to renew, update or create a new disabled parking privilege. We have disabled parking placards on site and ready to go. Just bring in your Disabled Parking Application and letter from your doctor.
Out of State Dealer TransfersIf you are a dealer in another state with a WA customer we can help! Call or email the vehicle and purchase information and we can get you an instant quote for WA sales tax, licensing and titling. We can process the transaction after receiving the documents and can either mail the customer their license plates or have them available for pick up.

Title TransfersBuying a vehicle? We can transfer the vehicle into your name and get you a Washington State title. Adding a lienholder? No problem, just bring in the bank name and address with you.
License PlatesWe have license plates in office and give them out at the time of transfer. We can order specialty background license plates or help you apply for personalized plates that will be mailed. We can replace lost plates or transfer plates between vehicles.
File a Report of SaleRecently sell a vehicle? We recommend always filing a report of sale. This is not a substitute for a release of interest but it does remove your liability in the vehicle if the new owner were to get infractions before transferring title. The cost is $13.25 to file online or in person and you'll need the vehicle information, buyer name and address, date of sale and sale price.

Trip PermitsIn need of a temporary permit? We have 3 day trip permits for use on any unlicensed vehicle or in lieu of gross weight and 2 day transit permits for use to WSP or to get a certified scale weight. We also offer Dealer paper and E- permits for any WA dealer.
Lost TitlesWe can help you replace your WA title with a number of options.
Dealer TransfersWe offer Dealer title transfer services and can assist any dealership with licensing and titling vehicles for their customers. We work directly with the dealership and title clerks to ensure accurate and speedy transfers and delivery with same day turn around and dealership expertise.
TonnageFor trucks with over 14,000 pounds declared gross vehicle weight we can sell gross weight yearly or by the month. Call or email the plates numbers of the trucks you'd like to add tonnage to with how many months you'd like and we can let you know your total before stopping by.
